What To Do About Debt - Helping YOU Deal With Debt
Debt often means worry, sleepless nights and stress, it can prevent you moving on with and enjoying your life and can affect your work. It can also have a negative effect on your health so let's do something about it, let's take back control and start living again!
Personal
debt in the UK is a bigger problem than you would think. You may feel that it’s
just affecting you and you are alone with this problem but the average personal
debt now stands at over £9,500 ... and that DOESN’T include mortgages - it’s at
a record high and still rising!*
Did you know
that there are now more credit cards in the UK than there are people and around
280 plastic card purchases are made every second of the day in the UK ...
credit is an accepted way of life these days – around £180m in interest on personal
debt is paid out daily ... over £2,500 per family per year just in interest!
But what if
it goes wrong, what if your circumstances change and you can no longer afford
the mortgage or the credit card bills – it’s so easy to get into a spiral of
increasing debt that becomes less and less manageable.

Right now
over 1,700 people are made redundant daily, over 800,000 have been out of work
for a year or more, approximately 350,000 loan accounts are in arrears, over
1,700 County Court Judgements (CCJs) are issued every day with an average
amount of around £3,300, on average around 98 properties will be repossessed
every day and someone will be declared insolvent or made bankrupt every 4
minutes or so.
There's over 1,000,000 people technically insolvent in the UK right now ... still feel
alone ????
Although the
facts are scary there’s always a way
out of debt – no matter how impossible it may seem right now there IS a solution to your debt. Just
two simple golden rules to start with:
DON’T BURY
YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND & DON’T PANIC
Oh ... and don’t
forget ...
It’s only money! |
So ... what to do about debt ... well, debt help is out
there and in abundance – much of it completely free and totally
confidential.
Debt
problems can ALL be solved ... OK, it might not seem like it right now and
there might not be a quick, overnight fix but there’s ALWAYS a solution. The
one thing that’s vital is that you treat your debts as urgent – face up to the
situation and don’t pretend that they’re not there because they’ll just
continue to get worse and worse (often rapidly) until you confront them face to
face – the sooner you do this the easier the debt solution will be.
There's ALWAYS a solution to a debt problem!
